Our mission is to remain at the forefront of industry standards with a focus on creating and supporting lasting homes and communities. Our goal is to continue to implement development and construction practices and procedures that reduce the impact of a neighborhood or home on the environment, from solar ready homes to the materials used in daily operations. This also allows homeowners to reduce energy costs and help the environment simultaneously.
In 2019, Civil Engineer – Chad Pelley, Real Estate Agent – Stefan Doerrfeld, and Licensed Contractor – Cory Pelley, started Twenty40 Building Concepts, Inc. with the goal to build quality, affordable homes within a unique and diverse community. Surpassing expectations, by 2021, Twenty40 was the largest new construction home builder in Marion, IA. With the addition of Chad Brandel and his background in Commercial Construction and Project Management, Twenty4o added development services and opened a real estate brokerage. Offering services and expertise in the development, construction, and real estate fields unlike any other company in the area, Twenty40’s future is bright and boundless.
The new age of real estate brokerages is already here. While technology has become a bigger part of the real estate transaction, one-on-one relationships with our clients is still front and center.
