  • Initial Meeting – One of our agents will tour your home, ask detailed questions, and gather pertinent information to prepare your valuation. After the tour, our agents will provide a real estate market update and expectations for the follow-up meeting.

  • Follow-Up Appointment – Our agents will provide a detailed market valuation of your home, discuss optional next steps and action items.

  • Lights. Camera. Action. – Now that your home is prepped for market, it’s time to show it off to the world. Pictures, final paperwork are completed and the for sale sign and lock box are installed. Final touch points before showings and the marketing plan are discussed.

  • Offer to Sale Pending – With correct pricing and an optimal showing experience, it’ll be no time before the first offer comes in. Our agents will assist in negotiating the best possible outcome under the existing circumstances and explain in detail all the next steps and obligations.

  • Closing – Once you’ve completed your final move, it’s time for the final walk through, followed by closing. Our agents will guide you from start to finish without any of the stress.
