This is a beautiful space right in the heart of the NewBo area located in the prestigious “Water Tower Place” Lofts building. This office is set up perfectly for anyone wanting an urban feel with an open environment, but also still allowing for privacy in the private meeting area. There is also a “Green Rooftop” with walkways, grills, and a gas firepit that has been wonderful for throwing private parties that give clients or employees a privileged perspective few in this city are aware of that overlooks the entire downtown areas as well as NewBo and Czech Villiage. I’ve loved being in this office since 2014, but am moving on to other endeavors and would love to see it go to someone who can appreciate it’s unique qualities. The association dues also cover insurance for the unit FYI.
