Welcome to the historical Warehouse on 3rd. 878 SF of heated storage space with 1 dock door included. The building is located in downtown Cedar Rapids within two blocks of the NewBo District and surrounded by amenities.

We currently have 4 suites available in the building with a variety of configurations. Some are as small as one or two-person office spaces, others slightly larger and our largest is a 3 office space with just over 2,200 square feet of general office space with its own breakroom. These spaces can be customized to suit the needs of a new tenant or segmented into customized spaces.

Suites A&B are currently combined as 4,800 SF of open showroom space with a restroom built out and an overhead door in the rear of the suite. Suite C is 6,000 SF with approximately 1,800 SF of office space and 4,200 SF of warehouse area with a loading dock. Suite D is 3,000 SF of warehouse space with one overhead door. All four suites can be combined to equal 13,800 SF. Ample parking on site.
